Oregon Romantic Getaways
Oregon's Pacific coast, eastern wilds and sophisticated wineries make it an extraordinary place for your romantic getaway. With exciting cities like Portland, Salem, Bend in the West and smaller communities like
La Grande, Pendleton, Baker City, and Enterprise in the East, visitors can find an abundance
of places to stay, cuisines to eat, and romantic things to do. Oregon's unspoiled coastline and seaside communities like Seaside, Astoria, Coos Bay, and Lincoln City add even more opportunities to be wooed.
Oregon romantic getaways can be found in ever region
of this great state. Portland is an unusually hip town with two magnificent river's converging on it. This town's foodieness, beer brewing abundance, stunning bridges and infinite public parks make it a stellar place. Generally speaking, the beautiful natural
landscape of Oregon offers outdoor enthusiast opportunities for
fun and exploration. Western Oregon really knows how to Go Green, but for some drier, high desert decor, head East along the Columbia Gorge into The Dalles. Stop in Hood River for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This cool little river town is a ton of fun and has easy access to Mt. Hood skiing in the winter and access to the Columbia river for summer fun too. Find romantic accommodations, destinations,
special events, entertainment, adventures and activities available

Oregon's Hidden Gems
Our most recent favorite spot is Sisters, Oregon. This cool and quiet little town is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. The town is named for the Three Sisters mountains, lovingly referred to by locals as Faith, Hope, and Charity. These pretty peaks rise up in the skyline and provide a pretty stunning backdrop to an already pretty little town. Where to stay? Well you might not expect a town with fewer thay 2500 residents would have many options, but you'd be mistaken. There are more than a dozen places ranging from inexpensive hotels to luxurious resorts and secluded cabin rentals. If you're going for romance, we recommend Metolius River Resort for a sucluded cabin rental or for more of a resort feel, The Lodge at Suttle Lake is an excellent choice. Come to Sisters in March for "Wine in the Pines" or in September for the "Sisters Folk Festival" We love this town and we know your sentimental heart will too!
In all regions of Oregon lovers can find romantic

Alberta Street in Downtown Portland, Ascension Chapel in Cove, Wallawa Lake Tramway, Hells Canyon Scenic Byway, Crater Lake,
